Celebrating 13 Espresso Academic alumni at Stronghold Roasting Championship Thailand 2026, and the different learning journeys that brought them there.

Our team represented Espresso Academic and Anaya Espresso Kitchen at the Lao AeroPress Championship 2026. The day brought brewers together to test their preparation, perform under pressure and learn from the wider Lao coffee community.

Congratulations to Arong, Meow and the Aster Coffee House team on their result at the Lao AeroPress Championship 2026. Seeing their learning journey continue into competition was a happy moment for our campus community.

Origami Cup Laos 2026 brought competitors and coffee professionals together in Luang Prabang. We were happy to join the competition and be part of the energy and shared enthusiasm around brewing.

Preparation for Pattaya Drip Yen Battle 2026 included time to test and refine brewing at Nitan Coffee’s Tale. Our original post thanked Aun and Koi, the café’s owners, for providing a welcoming place to practise.

This Comandante Championship memory looked back on time shared in San Diego on 10 April. Being part of the competition brought opportunities to meet coffee people, reconnect with friends and exchange ideas.

This Cup Taster competition update shared an experience of tasting under time pressure. Triangle tests called on participants’ concentration, sensory recognition and accuracy as they worked to identify differences between cups.

Comandante Championship Philippines 2026 brought professional baristas and home brewers together around grinding and brewing. We were happy to participate in the event and share time with the local coffee community.

Our 4 June results update celebrated Team Thailand’s highest combined team score and Team Champion title at the World Roasting League Finals 2026 in Taipei.

Shared roast profiles, tasting and teamwork supported Team Thailand at WRL, with Natt serving as Head Coach and Manager.

Celebrating Beam’s final-four Roasting Smackdown run, the second-place result reported in our team update and Rit’s coaching support.

Celebrating Bank Saharat’s Giesen Roasting Thailand Competition win, his workshop learning at our campus and four campus students reaching the final.

Four UAC competitors earned the opportunity to represent Thailand at Coffee Boom Boom Boom × World Roasting League in Taiwan.

Supporting our students from Laos as Lao Coffee Culture competed at ASEAN Coffee Roasting Championship 2026 in Thailand.
