Back to our website ↗Terms of Service
Clear expectations, before you book.
Effective 27 October 2026. Existing bookings retain their agreed terms.
Our business and these terms
These terms govern services and purchases agreed with 111 Better Together Co., Ltd. (บริษัท 111 เบทเทอร์ ทูเก็ตเทอร์ จำกัด), trading as Espresso Academic. They cover courses, agreed equipment sessions, consultations, learning resources and coffee orders where offered. The relevant service description, written quotation, booking confirmation and cancellation or delivery terms supplied before payment form part of the agreement. An enquiry is not a purchase.
Service-specific terms must be given to you before payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If information conflicts, ask us to resolve it before paying; a specific term only overrides a general term when clearly disclosed and accepted for that booking.
Bookings and availability
Check the course or machine, level, dates, venue, teaching language, prerequisites, inclusions and total price before paying. Historical articles record past activities and do not establish current availability. A form acknowledgement or successful payment alone is not a confirmed place: we must also confirm the required availability. If we receive money for a service we cannot confirm, we will offer an agreed alternative or return the payment.
For equipment sessions, the machine and any required trainer must both be available. Additional times are separate bookings unless confirmed as one continuous session. Recurring equipment bookings are not offered. Optional equipment requiring staff approval remains an enquiry until approved. Rental sales remain unavailable until our booking service is launched.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are in Thai baht (THB) unless a written quotation expressly states another currency. The payment request must show the total, applicable tax and any approved extras before you pay. Some published course prices exclude 7% VAT; use the itemised quotation or checkout total for your booking. Deposit amounts, balance deadlines and inclusions are specific to the service; there is no assumed universal deposit.
Use only the payment methods shown in our official invoice or checkout. A pending or failed payment does not reserve a confirmed place indefinitely. Payment-slip uploads require verification against the actual receipt of funds. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or international-payment fees. We will not add an undisclosed extra charge or substitute a materially different service without your agreement.
Payment problems, invoices and offers
If a checkout appears to fail but your bank shows a charge, contact us before paying again so we can check the transaction. A temporary bank authorisation is not the same as a settled payment; release timing depends on the bank and payment provider. We will reconcile duplicate payments under the refund policy.
Ask for an invoice or tax invoice using the business details required for that document. Do not enter bank passwords or complete payment-card details in an enquiry form. Any deposit due date, balance deadline and consequence of late payment must be stated before you book; we do not assume an undisclosed penalty.
A discount or promotion must state its eligibility, validity period, inclusions and any restrictions before purchase. A screenshot or historical post is not confirmation that an expired offer remains available. Correct any name, date, service or amount error with us before paying.
Courses, exams and certificates
You are responsible for giving accurate background and prerequisite information. We will confirm any eligibility question before enrolment. Attendance alone does not guarantee an exam pass, professional licence or external certificate. Assessments, attendance requirements, exam dates, retake allowances and external-awarding-body rules depend on the programme.
Where a course includes one retake, its scope and scheduling must be stated in your booking confirmation before payment. Any additional retest fee must be disclosed and accepted before it is charged. A retake is not an unlimited right to repeat training. We do not guarantee income, employment, export sales or a particular commercial outcome.
Safe use of the campus and equipment
Follow trainer instructions and the safety requirements given for your session. Operate equipment only when staff have confirmed your eligibility and the relevant induction or supervision. Confirm permitted coffee, batch limits, setup and cleaning arrangements before starting. Do not bypass safety devices, make unauthorised modifications or leave operating equipment unattended.
Session extensions require availability and an agreed price. Staff may stop an unsafe activity and explain the reason. Any claim for damage must be supported by evidence and a reasonable assessment of responsibility; ordinary wear is not automatically charged to the customer. No automatic damage charge is authorised by accepting these terms.
Changes, cancellations and delivery
Courses: customer cancellations and changes of plans are not eligible for a cash refund. You may arrange to reschedule an unused booking within six months of its original start date, subject to availability. This reflects advance trainer commitments and international training arrangements.
Roaster rental, when available: an unused session may be cancelled for a full refund with at least 14 days’ notice. With less than 14 days’ notice, 50% of the booking payment becomes credit toward a session within six months; the remaining 50% is the cancellation charge.
Roasted and green coffee orders: cancellation received before dispatch is eligible for a refund. Delivery timing, shipping charges and any product-specific conditions must be supplied before payment. Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete so we can review it and arrange the appropriate remedy.
If we cancel or cannot deliver an agreed service, you may choose an agreed alternative or a refund for the undelivered service. Approved refunds are initiated within five Thai business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to return the funds. These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Bespoke international or business projects require a written quotation addressing their delivery and cancellation terms before payment.
Teaching arrangements and practical needs
The booking information should confirm the teaching language, daily times, venue, what to bring, and whether meals, materials, exams or certificates are included. None of those items is assumed included unless stated. Tell us about an access or learning-support requirement before booking so we can confirm what we can provide. Please do not send medical documents through a general enquiry field.
Learning resources and respectful participation
Our course materials and original website content remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use supplied worksheets for your personal learning unless a particular resource grants broader permission. Do not resell, remove attribution from, or redistribute materials as your own. Third-party resources retain their own licences.
Do not record or publish identifiable participants or private class discussions without the necessary permission. Please treat staff and other learners respectfully. If conduct creates a safety or serious disruption issue, we will address it proportionately; this does not remove applicable consumer rights.
Privacy, problems and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Marketing consent is separate from service terms. Contact learning@espressoacademic.com with your booking reference or booking email and service date if something is wrong. Describe the issue and the outcome you seek so we can investigate, explain the next step and propose a fair remedy. You may ask for a review if you disagree with our response. This process does not restrict lawful access to a regulator, consumer authority, payment-provider dispute process or court.
These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Thai law applies, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. Changes will be dated and will not retrospectively replace agreed terms for an existing confirmed booking without your agreement, except where the law requires otherwise.
