Our Team at the Lao AeroPress Championship 2026

Our team represented Espresso Academic and Anaya Espresso Kitchen at the Lao AeroPress Championship 2026. The day brought brewers together to test their preparation, perform under pressure and learn from the wider Lao coffee community.

Competition puts practice into a different setting. Recipes, timing and teamwork have to come together when the next cup matters. For our team, stepping onto the stage was a chance to gain experience and share ideas with other brewers.

We were proud of the focus and spirit the team brought to the event. Thank you to SLURP Coffee, Khoon and the organising team for creating a platform where brewers could challenge themselves and grow.
