Preparation for Pattaya Drip Yen Battle 2026 included time to test and refine brewing at Nitan Coffee’s Tale. Our original post thanked Aun and Koi, the café’s owners, for providing a welcoming place to practise.

Grind size, coffee-to-water ratio, pouring rhythm and tasting were part of the preparation. The practice sessions offered space to try recipes and make adjustments toward the intended flavour.

The post reported a second runner-up result and recognised the encouragement and help behind it. Venue support and shared time formed an important part of the preparation before the competition stage.
