SCA Brewing Intermediate: Learning Together with P’ Mod

There is always more to learn at the brewing table. In our SCA Brewing Intermediate class, learners practised brewing coffee under instructor guidance and shared their approaches with one another. Among those joining us was P’ Mod, whom we celebrated in our September 2024 recap as the Cup Taster Grand Prix Champion 2024.

The class brought practical brewing and conversation together. Learners tried brewing for themselves, explored techniques for bringing out flavour in different coffees and exchanged ideas about their results. P’ Mod joined that exchange as a fellow learner, bringing experience while continuing to develop his own skills.
