Introduction to Coffee: A Workshop at MunMun Srinakarin

Our Introduction to Coffee workshop at MunMun Srinakarin brought learners together for a closer look at the coffee they drink. Held at Espresso Academic Thailand’s third-floor classroom, the session offered a welcoming setting to explore coffee history, choosing beans and different ways to brew.

Tasting samples helped turn those ideas into experience. The original photographs also capture aroma practice around a coffee flavour wheel, with learners comparing impressions and taking notes. Conversation was part of the learning, as participants shared their own experiences with one another.
