WRL Cupping: Colombian Coffee and Stories from the Competition

Colombian coffee was part of this WRL Competition Coffee Cupping update at our campus. Participants compared aromas, sweetness, acidity, body and aftertaste while sharing their impressions of the cups.

Yim joined the activity to share experiences from competing in the World Roasting League. Preparation, roasting techniques and decisions during competition brought another perspective to the tasting and discussion.

The original post congratulated Yim on second place in WRL and thanked him for making those experiences accessible to the group. His stories helped connect the practical cups with learning from an international stage.
