WRL Coffee Cupping: Sharing Coffees and Memories from Taiwan
Our WRL Competition Coffee Cupping update shared a collection of coffees Natt had brought back from Taiwan and kept for more than five years. Opening them for the group brought tasting together with memories of coffee learning and exchange.
The collection included washed coffees and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Grade 1, encountered during Natt’s visit to Taiwan. Tasting them after several years also opened a conversation about how coffee changes over time.
Participants explored the cups while hearing the stories behind them and discussing changes over time. The activity offered a way to connect sensory observations with experiences gathered beyond the classroom.
Thank you to everyone who tasted and shared perspectives. Browse the original album for the cupping and community atmosphere behind this part of our WRL coffee-sharing activity.
