Sensory and Water Workshops at Brew Feels Good Thailand 2024

Coffee tasting brought people together at Brew Feels Good Thailand 2024 at Seacon Square Srinakarin in Bangkok. Espresso Academic Thailand’s trainers joined the event with workshops exploring sensory perception and the water we use to prepare coffee.

Our sensory workshop gave participants a chance to taste different coffees, compare impressions and build their understanding through experience. The wider programme also included our team’s work on water management, connecting another everyday brewing choice with what we taste in the cup.
