School-Holiday Barista Practice at Espresso Academic

School holidays brought young learners and their families to Espresso Academic for a different kind of activity: time behind the coffee bar. Our October 2024 photographs capture a playful introduction to barista practice, with school aprons on and a milk pitcher in hand. Thank you to the parents who brought their children to explore something new with us.

EA Basic Barista introduces the steps behind an espresso-based drink, from choosing and grinding coffee to espresso preparation and milk steaming. Latte-art practice brings those skills together and gives beginners something they can see taking shape in the cup. The class welcomes people starting from the basics.
