SCA Sensory Day One: Exploring Coffee Aromas in Bangkok

Our first-day SCA Sensory update in December 2023 captured a table full of aroma vials and learning materials. The session at our Bangkok campus focused on coffee aromas and flavours, with practical work to sharpen sensory skills.

There was room for humour, too. Alongside the Le Nez aroma kit, our caption jokingly introduced the familiar Hong Thai inhaler as a “37th aroma”. It was a playful classroom moment shared with the learning photographs.
