The final day of our SCA Roasting Skills Intermediate programme in Luang Prabang focused on practical application, profile evaluation and assessment. Participants brought three days of roasting and learning together.

Practical roasting, profile analysis and quality control were followed by sensory evaluation and cupping. Discussion helped connect decisions at the machine with the coffee’s cup quality and consistency.

The group shared feedback and roasting experience as they demonstrated their understanding. Congratulations to everyone who completed the programme and took another step in developing confidence with the roasting process.

A heartfelt thank you to Sahai Lao Coffee Roastery for the hospitality and for helping make this Community Support Program possible. The original final-day album captures the practical work and community in Luang Prabang.
