The final day of our SCA Brewing Skills Intermediate programme in Luang Prabang focused on practical application and assessment. Participants brought recipe development, extraction control and sensory evaluation into their brewing work.

Tasting guided recipe adjustments as the group refined techniques and discussed consistency. Troubleshooting and shared feedback gave learners a way to connect the cup with decisions made during preparation.

Across three intensive days, practical skills and brewing theory supported one another. The experience was intended to help participants apply the learning in cafés and everyday coffee service.

Thank you to our students for their enthusiasm and to Sahai Lao Coffee Roastery for the hospitality and long-term collaboration. The original final-day album records the participants and practical work behind this Community Support Program.
