Two Espresso Academy diary entries published in February 2016 document early Coffee Route activities in Florence. One recounts a sensory day on 11 January, moving from food tasting to coffee evaluation through espresso, brewing and cupping.

A separate entry dates a coffee-focused aperitivo to 13 January. The school described coffee-related drinks including cold brew with tonic, a buffet and a conversation with Alberto Cocci, whom the post presented as an Italian coffee-grinder expert associated with Mahlkönig and Anfim.

Both entries place the activities within a five-day Coffee Route, but the sources do not confirm whether they involved the same participant group. The records do not identify Natt Muangsiri as a participant or establish certificates or assessment results.

This story is based on Espresso Academy Firenze’s original diary and documents activity in Florence, Italy, not classes at our Bangkok campus. We’re proud to be part of the wider coffee community and continue learning alongside colleagues across the network.
