Congratulations to Nan Shwe Yee on passing the Latte Art Grading assessment. This campus update celebrated the practice and determination behind a milestone in her coffee learning journey.

Focused practice, attention to detail and willingness to make corrections were part of the achievement. Repeating a pour and trying again helped develop control, precision and consistency.

The original post recognised her growing confidence behind the bar as well as the patterns in the cup. We were pleased to have been part of that progress and to share the moment with our community.
