Anaya Barista Training Records: September 2018
An archived Italian Barista Method register lists an Anaya-organized Basic Barista–Banconista entry for 1 September 2018 and two Advanced Barista listing blocks dated 2–3 September. The register does not explain whether the repeated Advanced blocks represent separate cohorts or repeated entries. This recap preserves the register as written and does not count the blocks as two distinct sessions.
A participant post published on 1 September describes working with coffee into the evening. An Anaya teaching post dated 3 September shows Helena Oliviero teaching in Bangkok, but does not name the course. Together, these are contemporaneous evidence of coffee-learning activity around the listed dates; they do not prove that the social posts correspond to a particular register entry or establish individual attendance or completion.
The register entries are Italian Barista Method listings, not SCA or AST courses. This article does not infer student totals or certificates issued from the register.
