An International Five-Day Coffee Route Begins in Florence, July 2016
An Espresso Academy diary published on 19 July 2016 says a new five-day Coffee Route was beginning that day in Florence. The school introduced several of the learners joining the programme.
The post describes sisters Murooj and Sawsan from Bahrain, who ran coffee shops and kiosks on a local university campus. It also introduces Hanseok, known as Andy, from Korea, who was pursuing SCAE certificates, and Alex, a Bulgarian living in the United States who was interested in building his home barista skills.
This is a start-day account. The post does not give the course end date, a day-by-day curriculum, trainer, final attendance, completion status, examinations or certificate outcomes. The participants’ descriptions are preserved as the school reported them.
This feature is based on Espresso Academy Firenze’s original report and describes partner activity outside our Bangkok campus. We’re proud to be part of the wider coffee community and continue learning alongside colleagues across the network.
