An Espresso Academy report published on 23 February 2016 describes a private roasting course in Florence the previous day for Nip and Sun, owners of The Little Coffee in Hong Kong.

The article says the couple had included the roasting course in a honeymoon trip around Italy focused on coffee and that Espresso Academy arranged visits to the La Marzocco and Dalla Corte factories. Its photo captions describe comparing roast colour and coffees brewed by different methods.

The report documents one private roasting course and related factory visits. It does not say the course was SCA-certified, that a certificate was issued, or provide the factory-visit dates or technical itinerary.

This story is based on Espresso Academy Firenze’s original diary and documents activity in Florence, Italy, not classes at our Bangkok campus. We’re proud to be part of the wider coffee community and continue learning alongside colleagues across the network.
