Two Private Barista Course Announcements from Anaya, January 2019
On 12 January 2019, Anaya Espresso Society shared two separate course-completion announcements from its Bangkok training space: one for a private Espresso Academy Basic Barista course and another for a private SCA Barista Intermediate course. The posts do not say whether the courses took place on the same date or involved the same participant.
The intermediate-course caption describes a hands-on approach to analysing a grind profile, matching grind to an espresso extraction recipe, measuring coffee strength and charting extraction. The Basic Barista post calls its course insightful and enjoyable but does not provide a detailed syllabus.
