Trainer Learning at the Coffee Technicians Guild Summit, 2017
An Espresso Academy report published on 20 November 2017 records trainers Simone Celli and Robert Brinck attending the Coffee Technicians Guild Summit in Susegana on 16 and 17 November.
The report describes workshops on water quality, cleaning products, preventive maintenance, electrical principles, testing instruments, grinders, and technical evaluation of espresso extraction. Espresso Academy said it hoped to apply the learning to its machine maintenance and repair courses.
The archived report documents the trainers as attendees. It does not identify them as speakers or organizers, claim a formal partnership, or document a later course change.
