SCA Barista Intermediate: First-Day Practice in September 2024

Our first-day SCA Barista Intermediate recap, shared on 28 September 2024, takes us back to the espresso workstation at Espresso Academic. Learners put recipes into practice, adjusted their approach to brewing and tried preparing a range of drinks. The original photographs show the group learning together at our MunMun Srinakarin campus.

The day also connected drink preparation with the responsibilities of working behind a coffee bar. Customer service and correct equipment care were part of the conversation, alongside the practical skills involved in making coffee. Attention to these everyday details matters as much as the finished drink.
