Representing the Competition at Vietnam Showdown 2024

On 27 March 2024, Espresso Academic Thailand joined the ASEAN Cup Taster Championship Vietnam Showdown in Ho Chi Minh City as the competition’s representative. The event brought tasters together in a search for speed and precision at the cupping table.

Espresso Academic Vietnam LaLa Coffee & Tea hosted the event, with An Liam Vietnam Fine Coffee / Specialty Coffee as organizer. We were glad to be part of this collaboration and to see the competition taking place in Vietnam.

The event set out to select three tasters for a later final in Bangkok. Our original update captures the competition underway, while the trophy photograph records the Vietnam Showdown and the partners involved.

Thank you to LaLa, An Liam and the coffee community who came together for the event. See the original post below.
