Preparing Together: Latte Art Judge Calibration
Before a competition comes preparation. In November 2021, our school shared a moment from judge calibration ahead of an upcoming event.
The photograph captures latte-art patterns being prepared at the counter while a video call connects another person to the activity. Cups, reference pictures and the people gathered around them give a glimpse of the work taking place before the event.
