PCQC Philippines Day 3: Learning Together at the Cupping Table

Day 3 at PCQC Philippines brought producers, cuppers and coffee professionals to a shared cupping table. We learned through the coffee samples and the conversations around them.

Each sample represented the work of the people behind its origin and processing. Tasting provided an opportunity to explore Philippine coffee quality while hearing perspectives from different parts of the community.

For Espresso Academic, joining the session in Makati City was a chance to exchange observations and strengthen connections with the regional coffee community.
