Mother’s Day Workshop Memories: Basic Sensory in 2023

Basic Sensory was another of the activities we held during the Mother’s Day holiday programme in August 2023. Our original recap shared the classroom atmosphere and the interest this workshop received.

The workshop programme introduced sour, sweet, salty and bitter tastes, with comparisons between different intensity levels. It also included aroma practice using 36 scents from the Le Nez du Café set, connecting sensory vocabulary with smells found in coffee.
