Meet the UAC 2026 Evaluation Panel

Our April 2026 UAC panel announcement introduced the people and approach behind the competition’s evaluation process. It brought together industry experience, sensory training and competition knowledge, with calibration at the centre of the panel’s work.

Danny Pang was named Judging Director, with responsibility for guiding the panel and its calibration. Natt Muangsiri was listed as an Official Evaluator alongside his role as UAC host and organiser. Bringing in external panel leadership was part of our intention to support fairness and a consistent evaluation process.

The Official Evaluators announced were Natt Muangsiri, Cho of Eighty Plus, Sung Kitcharoen, Julia Chen of World Roasting League and La Lida. The Certified Assessors named in the announcement were Sudapron Seesuk, Chintavadi Pattanavongngam, Vanat Limprasutr and Naunyarnuth Akeugkahraraunnyarrath.

The structure connected experience from the industry with assessors trained through SCA and CQI Q Grader programmes. Thank you to the panel and community supporting UAC’s aim of helping coffee professionals develop and move towards the international stage.
