Learning the ROEST: A Workshop at Santipanich in Bangkok

A roasting demonstration at Santipanich in Bangkok gave coffee enthusiasts a closer look at the ROEST. Our October 2022 recap shared photographs from the completed workshop, including a demonstration of the machine’s controls.

For those who missed the workshop, the Academy also offered a chance to practise on its own ROEST at Seacon Square Srinakarin. At the time, visitors could arrange a session without a machine-use fee and bring their own coffee to roast.
