Competitors gather for the Brewer Cup Grand Prix Championship 2026 at Central Korat.

The Brewer Cup Grand Prix Championship 2026 brought brewers together to test their preparation, judgement and consistency under competition conditions. In our 19 October recap, we shared moments from the competition at C2 Sip & Brew Society and Central Korat.

A competition cup is shaped by a sequence of choices. Competitors planned recipes, controlled variables, tasted, adjusted and made decisions in real time. Each change had to be considered in relation to the cup, turning brewing knowledge into practical judgement under pressure.

That process is valuable beyond the competition table. Planning a recipe gives a brewer a starting point; tasting and adjustment show whether the plan is working. Repeating that cycle helps make decisions more deliberate and gives competitors a way to learn from each round.

Espresso Academic was glad to support a gathering that gave brewers a place to test themselves, exchange ideas and grow through competition. Congratulations to the winners and everyone who competed, and thank you to the C2 team and Central Korat for making the event possible.
