Heart Made Roastery: Celebrating an Alumnus in Songkhla

Our alumni’s stories continue well beyond the classroom. On 24 September 2024, Espresso Academic celebrated P’ Phai and Heart Made Roastery, sharing SME Thailand’s profile of the coffee business in Songkhla’s old town. It was a moment to recognise the dedication behind a place that brings roasting, café service and teaching together.

In our original congratulations, we recognised P’ Phai as an alumnus who had completed several SCA Professional modules and was a Q Arabica Grader. That learning background forms part of a wider coffee journey, carried into the work of building a business and sharing coffee with others.
