Four Days of Coffee Training at Anaya: The January 2019 Coffee Route
Anaya Espresso Society announced a four-day Complete Coffee Route for 2–5 January 2019. The programme brought several parts of coffee training together in Bangkok, from basic barista skills through brewing, roasting and sensory practice.
The announcement laid out the sequence: basic barista skills and coffee roasting and blending on Day 1; brewing and coffee tasting and cupping on Day 2; advanced barista skills with latte art on Day 3; and an Italian-method barista time trial on Day 4. SCA Barista and Brewing exams were listed as optional.
Anaya’s Past Completed Courses page later listed a Course A on 2–3–4–(5) January as full, with the same three-day course sequence. Although that page omits the year for this entry, the matching dates and programme corroborate the announced January 2019 route as completed.
The original announcement names Nattawat Muangsiri as instructor and identifies him as AST. This is preserved as the academy’s description in that post. The sources do not report attendee identities, exam results, or certificates issued.
