Exploring Thai Coffee Together: A Café’s Tasting Story

Learning about coffee also happens when café people gather to taste. In July 2020, เครปลุง coffee&crepe shared its participation in a tasting of coffees from that year’s Thai coffee selection, covering washed, natural and honey processing.

The café described an interest in finding these coffees for its customers and recognising the work of Thai producers developing coffee quality. That connection between tasting and what a café hopes to serve gives the original account its focus.

The group photograph preserves the community around the tasting, with a Dao Coffee sign behind the gathering. Our page shared the café’s account on 31 July, the day after its original publication.
