Coffee Drip at Anaya: A MiVana Slow Bar Workshop in December 2016

In December 2016, Anaya Espresso Society and MiVana Organic Forest Coffee invited coffee drinkers to a slow-bar coffee drip workshop at Anaya’s newly opened space in Seri Market, beside The Nine at Rama 9 in Bangkok.
The invitation described a practical introduction to coffee and essential equipment, choosing beans to suit personal preference, learning to slurp and assess coffee, and trying different drip-brewing techniques. The invitation’s planned schedule was 10:00–15:00; an event-day sign in Anaya’s video showed 13:00–15:00, so this recap leaves the time unresolved.
Anaya posted an in-progress update on 18 December saying the MiVana workshop had begun. A same-day video caption thanked the trainer referred to as “Benz” for sharing new knowledge from the workshop. A comment on that post identifies the trainer account as Navavee Jantasan; no formal SCA or AST role is claimed here.
These records document an early coffee-education activity at Anaya and its collaboration with MiVana. They support one workshop on 18 December 2016, not a certificate course or multiple separate sessions.
