Celebrating PobRak’s Sensory Learning Journey

It is always a pleasure to see our learners keep developing their coffee skills. On 6 December 2024, we congratulated the PobRak coffee team on their SCA Sensory Skills progress and thanked them for being part of the Espresso Academic community.

In the learner story we shared, Thanakrid Songkroh celebrated the arrival of an SCA Sensory Skills Intermediate certificate, with a course date of 29 October 2024. He also described taking the Professional exam on 4 December and continuing calibration with Roast Mania and PobRak baristas. The photographs capture that practical work with notes, coffee and brewing equipment.

Our thanks also went to the PobRak team for supporting UAC 2024. As they looked ahead to a second PobRak Coffee Roaster branch, we wished them well with the next step. We are proud to share in these learning journeys and to keep supporting our alumni as they bring their experience back into their cafés.
