A Five-Day Coffee Route in Florence: Cupping, Brewing and Barista Practice
An Espresso Academy article published on 13 September 2016 looks back at the school’s recent five-day Coffee Route in Florence. Alin, identified by the school as a participant, shared photographs from the lessons.
The photo captions document cupping, cold brew, latte art, V60 brewing and a coffee-course diploma ceremony. The school also reports that nine SCAE exams were held during the course.
