A Day of Green Coffee Foundation Training at Espresso Academy
On 26 March 2018, Espresso Academy published a recap of a Sunday Green Coffee Foundation training day. The report says SCA Trainer Marco Cremonese had led the course the previous day, placing the session on Sunday 25 March by inference from the article’s date and wording.
The class followed green coffee through plant growth, harvest and processing to transport and storage before arrival at the roastery. Theory was paired with practical classification and analysis of green coffee, followed by cupping. The report identifies the course as the Green Coffee Foundation module within the SCA Coffee Diploma System.
The source describes a hands-on training day but provides no participant names, attendance total, exam results or certificate outcomes. The original report includes a seven-image gallery; the gallery is preserved as a source reference for Wix Manager to review when selecting a hero image.
