Platinum is calculated separately for each blend from paid purchases in the Bangkok calendar month. The order that reaches 90 kg receives Platinum pricing, followed by subsequent orders for that blend that month. The monthly count resets at the start of the next month.

A few useful details.
Can I mix blends to reach a lower price?
No. Each blend must meet its own quantity minimum. For example, 10 kg Italian and 10 kg Brazil are each charged at the general 1–19 kg rate.
What is added to the coffee price?
Packaging and handling is ฿20/kg. Delivery within Thailand is another ฿20/kg. Prices exclude VAT. This estimate shows 7% VAT separately; the final total will be confirmed before payment when ordering opens.
When does Platinum start?
For verified alumni, the qualifying order that brings a blend to 90 kg of paid monthly purchases receives Platinum pricing. Further orders for that blend in the same Bangkok calendar month also receive Platinum pricing.
Can I cancel before shipping?
Unshipped roasted-coffee orders may be cancelled for a refund under our Delivery & Returns policy. Contact us before dispatch.
