Understanding Taste and Flavor: CQI Level 100 in Nepal

Cups, worksheets and sensory practice filled the classroom at Academy Of Coffee Excellence Nepal during our CQI Level 100 Understanding Taste and Flavor training. The September 2023 album captures participants working with the materials and sharing the learning experience.

FlavorActiv standards supported sensory calibration within the Coffee Quality Institute curriculum. Working with common references gave the group a way to compare observations and develop a shared language for taste and flavour.
