UAC Geisha Roasting: Coffee Submissions Ready for Evaluation

The final coffee submissions for UAC Geisha Roasting 2026 had arrived by our 24 April update. Each bag represented the work and roasting decisions of a competitor, ready to move from preparation to evaluation.

With the submission stage complete, the team prepared for the next day’s evaluation of the coffees. The announcement also set out the route ahead: semifinal selection, practice on the competition machines and the semifinal round.
