Two Days of CVA Learning at Phop Rak Cafe, Samut Songkhram

Thank you to Phop Rak Café in Samut Songkhram for welcoming our SCA Coffee Value Assessment class. For two full days, the café became a place to study, taste and exchange ideas about coffee quality.

The class combined theory with practical work. Students examined coffee beans, practised distinguishing tastes and aromas with an aroma kit, and tasted and assessed coffee using the SCA Coffee Value Assessment approach. The photographs capture the worksheets, cups and conversations around the table.

There was plenty of learning, and plenty of laughter too. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our hosts for creating such a warm setting. These moments are part of what makes taking a class beyond our campus worthwhile.
