Sensory Science Workshop: Learning to Taste Together in Bangkok
Thank you to everyone who joined our Sensory Science Workshop at MunMun Srinakarin in Seacon Square, Bangkok. The completed workshop brought coffee lovers together to develop their tasting and coffee analysis skills.
Interest in the workshop led us to expand the available places from 18 to 30. We were delighted by the enthusiasm for learning more about what we taste and how to describe it.
The workshop programme introduced taste and smell, coffee species and processing, roast levels and origins, with triangulation practice as part of the learning. It offered an introduction for people who wanted to explore coffee more closely before continuing into deeper sensory study.
This group photograph captures the end of a shared learning experience. Thank you for your support, your interest and the energy you brought to the workshop. See the original recap below.
