From the UAC Stage to Coffee Fest: Sharing a Champion’s Brew

A competition recipe became a chance to share at Coffee Fest Year-end 2024. Tunl, introduced in our original post as the UAC Brewers Cup 2024 champion, demonstrated his winning brew at the Loveramics and The Summer Coffee Company booth.

Our December recap highlighted the care behind the recipe, from choosing coffee and adjusting ratios to bringing out its flavours. Visitors could explore Loveramics cups and drippers and taste coffee from The Summer Coffee Company that had been used in competition.

It was an opportunity to bring the ideas from a competition setting into a conversation with the wider coffee community. Thank you to everyone who joined, tasted and shared the experience.

The day before this brewing recap, our page shared another side of Coffee Fest: the UAC 2024 Cup Tasters champion tasting coffees around the event and exchanging impressions with other visitors. Conversations about flavour and the variety of coffees on offer made room for learning beyond the competition stage.
