Extract, Steam, Pour: January Barista Intermediate Practice

Extract, steam, pour, then do it again. That was the rhythm of the SCA Barista Intermediate practice updates we shared in January 2023.

Our 17 January reel offered a fresh look at the class and a simple message of encouragement: if it does not come together today, come back and try again tomorrow. The emphasis was on repeated practice behind the bar.
