Exploring Specialty Tea with Joyce Maina

Our October 2022 class recap turned from specialty coffee to specialty tea. We had been learning with Joyce Maina, introduced in the original post as a tea consultant from the UK with more than 30 years of experience in the field.

The school’s account highlighted practical learning that participants could put to use straight away. The original classroom photograph captures people gathered closely around the activity, preserving a moment from that shared learning.
