On 12 February 2019, Mokaflor reported that Espresso Academy trainer Robert Brinck had just returned from a week of training in Manama, Bahrain. The training was for the team at the Mokaflor concept store. The report describes a staff of about 15; it does not give individual names or the exact dates of the sessions.

The report says the sessions covered Italian espresso preparation and milk-based drinks, including cappuccino and latte macchiato. Brinck worked with the team on setting and adjusting the espresso machine, dosing and grinder setup, extraction timing, latte art techniques, and machine maintenance and cleaning.

Mokaflor also says Brinck supported the staff during busy service hours. That detail places the learning alongside the team’s day-to-day work, as well as equipment and drink preparation.

This is a contemporary company report of practical coffee training in Bahrain. It does not describe an SCA course, an examination, or certificates issued.
