EA Cupping & Tasting at SCENT KOFF: Sharing the Coffee Table

Our March 2024 visit to SCENT KOFF Satellite Campus brought EA Cupping & Tasting to Nakhon Ratchasima. The café belongs to one of our alumni, making it a welcoming setting for the Espresso Academic team and the learners gathered around the coffee table. These photographs, shared in September, look back at that visit.

The class explored coffee through cupping and practical evaluation of aromas and flavours. Learners tasted, compared and discussed what they found in the cup, including connections between a coffee’s taste and its origin. Hands-on experience gave the group a way to bring the lesson into a shared conversation.

Thank you to SCENT KOFF for opening the space and supporting the class, and to everyone who joined us with curiosity and enthusiasm.
