EA Cup & Taste: Finding the Differences in the Cup

Jun 24
1 min read

Our EA Cup & Taste class introduced learners to coffee through careful tasting and comparison. Cups that initially seemed similar revealed differences in aroma, flavour, sweetness, acidity, body and aftertaste.

Discussion helped the group explore why coffees created different sensory impressions. Students practised finding clearer language for what they noticed, listening to other observations and comparing experiences.

Questions and shared discoveries shaped the class. Learners compared their impressions and discussed the differences they found in each cup.

Thank you to everyone who shared the learning. Browse the original album for the exercises and classroom atmosphere behind this EA Cup & Taste update.
