EA Brewing at SCENT KOFF: Learning Together in Nakhon Ratchasima

In March 2024, our Espresso Academic team took EA Brewing to SCENT KOFF Satellite Campus in Nakhon Ratchasima. Visiting an alumnus’s café made this a particularly warm place to learn together. We shared these photographs in September as a look back at the class and the people who welcomed us.

Learners explored how coffee selection, water temperature and the amounts of coffee and water shape a brew. The session brought theory into hands-on practice, with opportunities to try the techniques, ask questions and exchange observations. The classroom photographs capture that connection between the brewing lesson and the work at the table.
