From joining classes to welcoming new learners, Chakkapat Piwphong’s journey reflects the continuing work of coffee education. On 14 October 2026, we celebrated P’Tae as an Authorized Espresso Academic Instructor and recognized his contribution to our learning community.

P’Tae began learning with Espresso Academic in 2019. His journey included an AST course in January 2020 with Annemarie Tiemes at Anaya Espresso Society. Since then, learning, teaching and sharing knowledge have continued to shape his work in coffee.

Our instructor announcement recognizes his SCA AST, CQI Q Arabica and SCA Q Instructor credentials, alongside national judging experience and support for coffee competitions and events. It also acknowledges his support for Thailand’s champion Jane Kawinnart.

We are proud to welcome P’Tae as an Authorized Espresso Academic Instructor. Education continues through practice, service to the coffee community and helping the next group of students find their way. Explore our original announcement and photographs below.
