Two people hold coffee-education documents beneath an Espresso Academy Thailand sign in a training space.

In February 2024, our campus celebrated student Soe Thinzar Aung and her contribution to Mya Ze Di Village Natural coffee from Shan State, Myanmar. Our original post shared the news that the coffee had reached Blue Bottle Coffee.

The account looked back on training supported through an International Trade Centre initiative and delivered by our team. We thanked the Myanmar Coffee Association for its collaboration and support for the students and their coffee.

The story also recalled opportunities to learn and share coffee at international exhibitions, including SCAJ in Japan and Coffee Expo Korea. These connections formed part of the wider journey described in our alumni update.

Thank you to Soe Thinzar Aung, our students and the partners who supported this work. Revisit the original account and photographs below.
