Celebrating Sara’s Barista Time Trial Win in Mexico

Our school joined the celebration of women in coffee competition in November 2021, sharing Espresso Academy México’s news of its Barista Time Trial winner: Sara Hernandez Garcia of Kali Coffee Roasters.

The original account described a two-day competition in Mexico and reported that Sara completed the ten required preparations in 6 minutes and 47 seconds. It also congratulated Axel Cárdenas of Hausbrandt in second place and Yamin Villaseñor of Coffeecup Saltillo in third.

Congratulations to Sara and all the participants. We are pleased to preserve this moment of encouragement across the wider Espresso Academy community, with credit to Espresso Academy México for the original results and photograph.
